Version 2019.08 - May 24, 2019 - What's New
Runs on Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, and Vista
Requires Microsoft Excel, Word, or PowerPoint (version 2007 or later)
After installing PrintableCal, you should see a PrintableCal tab on the ribbon menu in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. If you don't see the PrintableCal tab, try rebooting.
If rebooting doesn't fix it, please download and run the Add PrintableCal utility under the account where the PrintableCal tab isn't appearing. This utility does not require admin privileges.
If the Add PrintableCal utility doesn't solve the problem, download this script, which will update the Windows registry to add PrintableCal to Excel and Word. To run the script, download the file and extract to a location on your hard drive. Also close all instances of Excel and Word. To add PrintableCal to Excel, double-click the file named “PrintableCal - Excel.reg”. To add to Word, double-click "PrintableCal - Word.reg". Note, you’ll need admin rights for the scripts to run.

Hi Roxie, PrintableCal will work with VueMinder Lite. PrintableCal is compatible with Excel 2007 or later. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Will Printable Calendar work with Vueminder Lite? Also, will it work with an old version of excel that is NOT an app?
Happy to help!
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I recently had a glitch on my side that shut me down... Dan was EXTREMELY helpful in rapidly getting me back up and running. Of equal or even greater value than a great product is the customer service that backs it up. 5-Stars here! Thanks!
Hi Bill, PrintableCal can import from Lotus Notes through .ics files. See the page linked below for instructions on how to export from Lotus Notes:http://www-01.ibm.com/suppo...
After exporting from Lotus Notes, you can configure PrintableCal to import the ics file. See the documentation linked below:http://www.printablecal.com...
If you make updates in Lotus Notes and want to re-generate calendars in PrintableCal, you can export to the same ics file used previously. PrintableCal will import the latest file each time calendar generation is commanded.
I hope that helps. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Lotus Notes Compatibility? I'd recommend this to my boss TODAY if it had that.
Version 1.4 adds some additional multi-month calendar templates that could be used for generating quarterly calendars. The templates are named "Multiple Months as Columns" and "Multiple Months as Rows".
As of version 1.1, there's no template specifically for generating 3 month quarterly calendars. However, you could use the Monthly template and pick "3" for the number of months to be generate. See the documentation linked below:http://www.printablecal.com...
If you need everything on a single worksheet or page, you could use the Multi-Week template and pick 13 for the number of weeks. http://www.printablecal.com...
If neither of those templates satisfy your requirements, please let us know more about what template style you're looking for. You can post your template idea here:http://www.printablecal.com...
Is there a 3 month quarterly calendar template?
